S-310 Navigation Lock Refurbish (Design/Build)

This lock refurbishment entailed closure of the lock structure for a set period of days to perform the following activities :

• Structural dewater and maintenance
• Structural steel repairs
• Hinge and pintle repairs
• Structural containment, steel blasting (lead paint removal) and coating
• Replacement of controls and electrical
• Modification and upgrades of control house
• Fender system repairs

The project also exemplifies PCL's ability to assemble a competent team to successfully manage a similar project .
