Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Flagstaff Wildcat Hill WWTP project includes a combination of existing plant renovations and new construction. As part of the new construction, three new structures will be erected; an IFAS basin, an additional Secondary Sedimentation tank, and a Digester Control/Grease Receiving building. Other new construction includes 3 new blowers and the installation of and an emergency generator. Major existing plant renovations include a retrofit of four Secondary Sedimentation tanks, a retrofit of four Primary Sedimentation tanks, installation of new equipment in two existing digesters, and new SCADA system.
