Design/Build services for construction of a new 14 MGD BNR treatment facility. The construction of the new facility must take place within the footprint of the existing lagoon based treatment system. New facilities to be constructed include and Aeration Basin, three Secondary  Clarifiers, WAS storage pond and Filter Press facility for sludge thickening. The project also includes refurbishing and expansion of the existing headworks, new influent and secondary effluent pipelines, blower facility, non-potable water system, significant electrical upgrades and site grading for flood protection. Design Build services will also include startup of the new facility and drafting of a plan for decommissioning of the existing plant.
