PCL Civil Constructors Inc. was established in Florida in 1987 and has grown to be one of the premier heavy civil contractors in the United States. We specialize in large and small projects that include roadway and bridge construction including segmental and bascule bridges, environmental projects, water and wastewater treatment plants, rehabilitation projects, port facilities and infrastructure.

Today, we have over 500 dedicated hourly and salaried employees working on numerous projects across the United States.
