PCL Civil Constructors, Inc. (Civil SW) operates in most southwestern states with numerous projects in progress at any given time.  In 1984 PCL commenced bidding highway, airport, site preparation, large diameter cross country pipeline, water/wastewater treatment plants and heavy construction work in the southwest United States.

PCL offers a full range of services including Construction Management @ Risk,  Design/Build, Partnered/Teamed projects, pre-construction, construction management and construction services; conceptual estimates and schedules developed from preliminary plans; evaluation of construction systems and cost-saving techniques; cash flow projections; manpower and equipment requirements; purchasing and expediting; extensive reporting procedures utilizing computer techniques; and documentation of work performed.
