PCL Civil Constructors, Inc.

PCL Civil Constructors, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc., with two office locations in the United States.

Our Civil Southeast office, located in Tampa, Florida, primarily serves the southeastern United States, performing more than $250 million worth of work annually. We tackle virtually any infrastructure work, from highway, airport and port construction, to our main focus of bridge construction. Our experience building marine bridges has led us to develop a reputation for self-performing and for innovative construction techniques, including demolition, pile driving, and top down and long span segmental construction.

From our Civil Southwest office in Tempe, Arizona, we primarily serve the states of Arizona, Nevada, southern California and New Mexico. We currently have over $200 million worth of projects in progress in the markets of water/waste-water infrastructure (e.g., treatment plants, pipelines) and transportation infrastructure (e.g., roads, bridges and light rail).

Depending on client needs, our civil groups can perform the work as general contractor, on either a negotiated or competitive bid basis; provide design-build services; or function as a construction manager.

We draw on established long term business relationships with community leaders, transportation departments, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, to bring clients quality projects that are completed on time and within budget.
